Mens Pants Sizing Guide


Nautica offers dress pants styles in sizes from 30x30 to 42x32 that feature either a classic or slim fit to suit your preference. Slim fits are narrower throughout compared to the classic's straight leg, which features a slight taper design. Our casual joggers and performance pants also deliver a looser design allowing for broader comfort and a larger range of motion. Men's Sizing Guide for Jeans


  1. Get a measuring tape.
  2. Measure your waist: Stand straight and wrap the measuring tape around your waist at your natural waistline, which is usually about an inch above your belly button. Make sure the tape measure is snug but not too tight, and measure in inches.
  3. Measure your inseam: To measure your inseam, stand straight and measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone. This measurement should be done while you are wearing shoes. Again, measure in inches.
  4. Determine your size: Once you have your waist and inseam measurements, refer to the size chart provided above to find your best fit!
  5. Mark down these measurements and use the above size chart to find the proper size.

To get the best fit for men's tops and shirts take the following measurements:

  1. Neck size: Measure around the base of your neck, where the collar would normally sit.
  2. Chest size: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.
  3. Waist size: Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically just above your belly button.
  4. Sleeve length: Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist bone, with your arm bent at a 90-degree angle.
  5. Shirt length: Measure from the center back of your neck, down to the hemline of the shirt.
