Return Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction with our products. If you have any concerns about your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of purchase, provided it is unwashed, unworn, or defective, with proof of purchase. All returns will reflect the original discounts and promotions.

Swimwear and undergarments must have price tickets attached for returns.

Products purchased outside of Nautica owned stores or www.nautica.com must be returned to the original retailer, with different return policies possibly applying. IN-STORE PURCHASES

For in-store purchases, returns can only be made at a US Nautica store with the original sales or gift receipt. Returns without valid receipts will not be accepted. Returns are issued back to the original form of payment and gift receipt returns will receive in-store credit at the selling price. Price adjustments are available within 7 days of purchase when presenting the original sales receipt. Shopping bags are not returnable; donations and bag fees are non-refundable.

Mail-in returns, customers are responsible for pre-paid shipping charges, and we suggest using an insured carrier. In-Store returns For Online purchases of online exclusive merchandise and for purchases made using PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay,Google Pay, or other third party payment options, a mail-in return is necessary and will be refunded to the original form of payment. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS

Merchandise must be returned to the same country of purchase. Returns via mail are not possible for international shoppers.
