We take pride in our Nautica brand and our customers by designing, sourcing, marketing, and selling our own merchandise. As a result, we do not authorize the resale of Nautica merchandise.
• Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date of purchase with the original Nautica sales or Nautica gift receipt. Purchases made in a US Nautica store must be exchanged or returned to a US store and must be accompanied by the original sales or Nautica gift receipt. Third-party receips are not valid and will not be accepted.
Items purchased online at www.Nautica.com may be returned to a US store location with some exceptions. Online returns must be accompanied by a packing slip/confirmation email. Online purchases made with an alternate form of payment (PayPal, ApplePay, Google Checkout), are not returnable to any of our Nautica outlet stores. These purchases must be returned to the online store. Please see www.Nautica.com for additional details.
• All Nautica products purchased outside our Nautica owned stores or www.Nautica.com website must be returned directly to that retailer and different return policies may apply. Please contact that retailer for details on their return policy.
• Returns with an original Nautica sales receipt/packing slip will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made.
• Returns with an original Nautica gift receipt will be refunded with an in-store credit at the selling price on the Nautica gift receipt. Returns will not be accepted without an original sales or Nautica gift receipt. All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
• Swimwear and undergarments can only be returned/exchanged with the price tickets attached.
• To receive a one-time price adjustment present your original Nautica sales receipt within 7 days of purchase.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS – Merchandise must be returned in the same country that it was originally purchased in. We cannot process exchanges or returns via the mail.
