What is the Nautica Rewards?

This program is designed for our loyal customers and we'd like to make your life more beautiful and rewarding. Membership is complementary and when you join Nautica Rewards, you will be eligible to earn and receive perks. Our new members receive a welcome gift – the first of many privileges and benefits to come. Enjoy a birthday gift voucher from us to spend in-store. Our members are always the first to know about not to be missed pre-sale events and seasonal launches. You also earn points each time you shop in our stores. You can redeem your points for exclusive rewards.

How Do I Join the Nautica Rewards?

It is simple. While billing at any Nautica stores give your contact details and become a part of Nautica Rewards.

Cumulative spend Rs. 25000 in Nautica EBO stores starting 1st Jan, 2020 makes you directly eligible for Select tier.

Cumulative spend Rs. 15000 in Nautica EBO stores starting 1st Jan, 2020 makes you directly eligible for Elite tier.

What am I agreeing to by joining this program?

By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the program terms and by any changes or modifications we may make to those Program terms and conditions. You also agree to receive Program-related emails from us and our partners.

What are the terms of this program?

How will you use the information I provide through this program?

The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.

How does the program work?

There are 2 tiers of membership in the Nautica Rewards. With each tier comes a new suite of benefits.

Select Tier:

    Eligibility:

  • Cumulative spend Rs. 25000 in Nautica EBO stores starting 1st Jan, 2020; and thereafter, in the last 24 months from the date of the current transaction
  • Tier Benefits:

  • Point Earn Rate: Standard earn rate of 7.5% on every purchase barring EOSS discounted products
  • Slab Upgrade Voucher: Slab Upgrade bonus voucher when customer is upgraded from Elite Tier. 1K worth GV which can be redeemed once. Thresholds for redemption kept at 5K for GV.
    • Validity period: 3 months
    • Applicable on EOSS: No
  • Birthday Offers: 20% Off during birthday Month Threshold value of redemption is Rs.5000.

    a. Date of issuance: First day of the birthday month

  • Experiential Benefit: Top 5 quarterly spenders across India get Taj Experiences gift cards worth Rs.7,500 each

    a. Quarter definition:

    • Q1:Jan-Mar, Q2:Apr-Jun, Q3:Jul-Sept, Q4:Oct-Dec
    • In case of tie, lucky draw would be considered
  • Seasonal Launch Benefit/EOSS preview – Exclusive Collection Preview for each season fresh launch
  • Validity period: Spend Rs.25000 over a period of 2 years to earn benefits of Select tier or tier will be changed to Elite tier.

Elite Tier:

    Eligibility:

  • Cumulative spend Rs. 15000 in Nautica EBO stores starting 1st Jan, 2020; and thereafter, in the last 12 months from the date of the current transaction
  • Tier Benefits:

  • Points Earn Rate: Standard earn rate between 5% on every purchase barring EOSS discounted products
  • Slab Upgrade Voucher: Slab Upgrade bonus voucher when customer is upgraded from Base Tier. Rs.500 worth GV which can be redeemed once. Thresholds kept at Rs.3.5K for GV.
    • Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance.
    • Applicable on EOSS: No.
  • Birthday Offers: 15% Off during birthday Month. Threshold value of redemption is Rs.5000
    • Date of issuance: First day of the birthday month.
  • Seasonal Launch Benefit/EOSS preview – Exclusive Collection Preview for each season fresh launch
  • Validate period:
    • Within 1 year the customer has to upgrade to Select or his tier will be changed to base tier.
    • If the customer’s tier is changed to base tier then the points will get locked and can be burned only when the customer upgrades back to Elite.

How do I earn loyalty points?

    Select Tier:

  • Point Earn Rate: Standard earn rate of 7.5% on every purchase barring EOSS discounted products
  • Elite Tier:

  • Points Earn Rate: Standard earn rate between 5% on every purchase barring EOSS discounted products

When will my points be available?

Your points will be available in your account instantly after you complete the transaction.

How do I check my loyalty points balance?

Each time you shop in-store, you will receive our loyalty program SMS with your updated loyalty points balance.

You can also check your balance any time at the POS of any Nautica EBO store.

When will my points and/or tier level reset?

    Select:

  • Validity period: Spend Rs.25000 over a period of 2 years from their last purchase to earn benefits of Select tier or tier will be changed to Elite tier.
  • The points will not expire but the earn rate would be as per the Elite tier.
  • Elite:

  • Validity period:
    • Within 1 year of their last purchase the customer has to upgrade to Select or he will no longer be a part of the elite tier.
    • If the customer’s tier is downgraded from elite tier then the points will get locked and can be burned only when the customer upgrades back to Elite tier.

How do I use my Coupons?

When you receive a unique reward coupon in SMS. You can redeem your reward coupon at Nautica EBO POS during billing. Just tell the manager about your coupon and he will apply the unique code into the discount bar to give you your rewards. The coupons can not be redeemed on the EOSS discounted products.

How do I use my Points?

You can redeem your points during your purchase at Nautica EBO stores. At the Nautica EBO POS the store personnel will let you know about your accumulated points and the value of the product after points redemption. The points can not be redeemed on the EOSS discounted products.

Can I transfer points to someone else?

We do not allow points to be transferred to any other loyalty rewards member. Instead, you can refer your friends to sign up for the program so they can start earning points on their own.

Can I change my contact number registered for Nautica Rewards?

Yes, you can change your contact number by reaching out to store managers.

Can I combine two offers together?

No, You cannot redeem any two offers together.

Can my points be used as currency?

No, loyalty points do not have cash value and are non-transferable.

What happens to my points if I return something?

Points awarded to a purchase or product that has been returned within the time period of 30 days after buying will result in points being reversed for that purchase

I've made a purchase before joining the Nautica Rewards. Can I still earn points for my previous transactions?

No. You will be enrolled in the tier based on your transactions since 1st Jan 2020 but your points would start afresh once you make any new purchase.

Can my membership be revoked?

Your membership may be revoked by Nautica, in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Terms; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to Nautica or our interests may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If, in Nautica’s sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.

What happens to my points if my membership is revoked?

If your membership is revoked, any Points or Rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and its features will automatically terminate, at Nautica's sole discretion.

Can the program be modified or terminated?

Yes. Nautica may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Program, the Program Terms, or any aspect or feature of the Program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Points already earned and/or the value of Rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.

What happens to my points if the program is terminated?

If the Program is terminated, any Points or Rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and its features will automatically terminate, at Nautica's sole discretion.
