  1. What is Nautica Rewards?
    Nautica Rewards is a program designed to keep in touch with and reward our most loyal customers. Membership is free and Nautica Rewards members will be the first to hear about the latest products, promotions, and sales. Members also earn Rewards Certificates from purchases at Nautica Factory stores and at Nautica.com.
  2. How do I join?
    You can sign up for Nautica Rewards during the check-out process at any Nautica Factory store. You can also create an Account at nautica.com/rewards.
  3. Who can enroll?
    You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to enroll in Nautica Rewards. We just need your name and a valid email address, and you will be eligible to start earning Points.
  4. What do I get for being a Nautica Rewards member?
    Members receive (1) one Point per U.S. Dollar spent in Nautica Factory stores and at Nautica.com. Points are converted into Rewards Certificates three times per calendar year. Two hundred points equals (1) one $10 Rewards Certificate; so the more you shop, the more you earn.
  5. When do I start earning rewards?
    As soon as you sign up for Nautica Rewards, you can begin earning Points.
  6. How do I redeem my Nautica Rewards points?
    Three times a year, you will receive an email with your earned Rewards Certificates. You can also access your Rewards Certificates at nautica.com/rewards. Rewards Certificates are redeemable in U.S. Nautica Factory stores and at Nautica.com.
  7. Why do you need my email address?
    Your email address will be the primary way that we track your Points. The store associate will ask for this information during check-out to ensure your purchases are added to your Rewards Account. When you use the same email address during the check-out process at Nautica.com, you will earn Points on your online purchases.
  8. What if I don't have an email address?
    There is no way to join Nautica Rewards without a valid email address. All communication is done via email, and you will need an email address to log into your Account at nautica.com/rewards to check your Points balance and print your Rewards Certificates. If you do not have one, we suggest creating a free address at gmail.com, hotmail.com, or yahoo.com.
  9. What if I don't want to receive emails from Nautica?
    In order to remain in the Nautica Rewards program, you must be willing to receive Nautica Rewards emails. You may unsubscribe from Nautica promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.
  10. How long does it take for purchases to post to my account?
    It can take up to (5) five days for your account to show your Points.
  11. Is everything in the store and at Nautica.com eligible for points?
    Almost everything. You are not able to earn Points on the purchase of gift cards.
  12. Can I buy Nautica gift cards using my rewards certificates?
    Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be purchased with Rewards Certificates. Rewards Certificates may only be used towards the purchase of merchandise.
  13. Do I earn points when I use my rewards certificate?
    Yes, you will earn Points on purchases you make using your Rewards Certificate.
  14. What happens when I make a return?
    When a product has been returned, the Point value of the return is deducted from your Account. If the Points deducted from your Account are more than what is available in your Account balance, you will have a negative balance.
  15. Do my points ever expire?
    Points expire at the end of each calendar year. Any Points under 200 remaining in your Account will not carry over to the next year. All Nautica Rewards Members will start with zero points on January 1.
  16. Once I earn a rewards cerificate, how long do I have to use it before it expires?
    You will have 60 days from the last day of a Rewards Cycle to use your Rewards Certificates.
  17. Can I transfer my points to another member's account?
    No, Points earned are only associated with the original email used to create the Account.
  18. Can I get points for purchases made before I joined?
    No, Points only accumulate once you have joined Nautica Rewards.
  19. Is there a maximum amount of rewards certificates I can earn?
    Yes. You are able to earn a maximum of $50 in Rewards Certificates per Rewards Cycle.
  20. Can my rewards certificate be replaced if it has been lost, stolen or expired?
    Nautica is not responsible for any Rewards Certificates that have been lost or stolen. Expired Certificates will not be re-instated, nor can you get those lost earnings back from lost, stolen, or expired Rewards Certificates.
  21. Where do I go to see my account activity?
    Visit nautica.com/rewards at any time to access your Nautica Rewards Account and to track your Points balance.
  22. Will you sell my name and send me spam or junk mail?
    Nautica does not sell or rent our list to any other organizations to contact customers directly. Our complete Privacy Policy can be read at nautica.com/privacy-policy-nau.html.
